1. Work Location: Erbil

2. Title: Team Leader

3. Company Major: E-Commerce & Fashion

4. Working Hours: 8 hours

5. Working Days: 6 days / week

6. Languages: Kurdish , Arabic , English

7. Years of Experience: 2 and above

8. Education Background: Any

9. Job Requirements:

-Monitor key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT).

-Provide reports and insights to management.

-Lead, train, and motivate customer service agents.

-Plan and manage shift schedules.

-Handle escalated or complex customer issues.

-Ensure professional and consistent communication.

-Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.

-Identify and implement process improvements.

-Streamline workflows and recommend new tools.

-Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.

-Represent customer feedback in internal discussions.
