4. Working Hours: 8 hours

5. Working Days: 6 days / week

6. Languages: Kurdish , Arabic , English

7. Years of Experience: 2 and above

8. Education Background: Any

9. Job Requirements:

-Audit daily customer interactions across all channels.

-Train and coach agents to maintain quality standards.

-Track performance metrics and report quality trends.

-Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.

-Monitor social media replies for tone and accuracy.

-Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

-Support continuous improvement in customer experience.
