Head of Sales - Kitchen and Office Furniture - Baghdad❗️

One of the well-known companies in Baghdad is seeking a position as detailed below:

1. Work Location: Baghdad / Al-Karrada

2. Title: Head of Sales - Kitchen and Office Furniture

3. Company Major: Marketing Agency

4. Working Hours: 8 hours

5. Working Days: 5 Days/Week

6. Languages: Arabic and English

7. Years of Experience: 5-7 years

8. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

9. Job Requirements:

Sales Strategy Development:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Team Leadership & Management:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
2. Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and motivate the team.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
2. Build strategic partnerships with interior designers, contractors, and showrooms.

Revenue and Target Achievement:

1. Monitor sales KPIs and ensure monthly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.
2. Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

1. Work closely with marketing, product development, and production departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
2. Convey client feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
2. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure service excellence.
